Customer loyalty is the “holy grail” companies and sales professionals seek, but only successful companies and sales professionals have. Data shows loyalty has little to do with the product or service, but instead how customers experience it. Through this presentation Steve Blanc will facilitate an experience in which the audience will learn how to build and maintain loyalty from customers and stakeholders.
